How is the waterproofing handled?+

We use BS 8102-compliant cavity drain membrane systems or structural waterproofing depending on ground conditions. All waterproofing is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

How long does it take?+

A standard cellar conversion takes 8–14 weeks. Excavated basements with underpinning run 16–24 weeks.
