Do you work with self-builders?+
Yes. We work with self-builders who have planning permission and are looking for a main contractor to manage the full build. We can also assist with finding architects and planning consultants.
What contract type do you use?+
We use a fixed-price contract based on a detailed specification. For larger projects we can work under JCT Minor Works or JCT Intermediate contracts.
How is a new build priced?+
New builds are priced on a cost-per-square-metre basis. In South East England, residential new build construction typically costs £2,200–£3,200 per m² depending on specification and site conditions.
Do you offer a structural warranty?+
Yes. We can arrange a 10-year structural warranty through recognised warranty providers. This is essential for mortgage purposes and future resale.
